The Society functions on democratic and cooperative principles with a well-defined organizational structure. The head of the Society is designated as the Chairman or Chairperson, while the General Secretary performs the dual role of General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring both administrative leadership and operational efficiency.

Membership is structured to ensure stability and inclusiveness. Every regular or active member is required to hold at least one share of ₹1,000, with a maximum limit of ten shares per member. Once the total share capital reaches ₹1,00,000, enrollment of regular or active members will be closed, and new applicants will be admitted as nominal members. Both regular/active members and nominal members are entitled to access all services offered by the Society; however, nominal members do not have voting rights and are therefore not eligible to participate in General Body or Executive Body meetings.

The Society is authorized to accept fixed and recurring deposits from its members—both regular and nominal—as well as from non-members. In the interest of financial security and prudence, 80% of the deposited amount is placed with nationalized banks, while the remaining 20% is retained by the Society. This arrangement enables the Society to promptly support depositors by providing small loans when required, thereby reinforcing its commitment to mutual aid, financial responsibility, and member welfare.
